1. Data Controller

Ricardo Zermeño Mejía, on behalf of Marketing de Inteligencia Artificial S de RL de CV, with registered address at Av. Américas 1545, Pisos 20, 21 y 22, Colonia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, is the data controller pursuant to the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect: (a) identification and contact data (name, email and/or cell phone number); (b) facial biometric data processed exclusively for identity verification (we do not store raw biometric templates on our servers); (c) passkey credentials (WebAuthn) bound to your device; (d) real-time geolocation data when Proximity Mode is active; (e) your AI avatar's preferences, objectives and personality settings; (f) simulated avatar-to-avatar conversation logs.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is used to: verify your identity, operate the agentic matchmaking engine, enable GPS-based Proximity Mode, manage your subscription and interaction credits, issue match notifications, and comply with legal obligations. Secondary purposes (product improvement and anonymized statistics) may be refused without affecting the service.

4. Biometric Data — Express Consent

Processing of biometric data requires your express consent, collected via electronic signature (HMAC cryptographic token) when you accept the Legal Consent module inside the platform. Biometric data is processed locally or through certified APIs and is never sold or shared with third parties.

5. AI Privacy Firewall

Before your information is processed by language models (LLMs), we apply a masking firewall that anonymizes emails, phone numbers, addresses and financial data. Your real identity is never exposed to other users during avatar-to-avatar interactions; contact information is only revealed after a mutual Like authorized by you.

6. Transfers

We do not sell your data. We only share masked data with language processing (LLM) providers strictly to operate the service, and with authorities upon duly founded legal requirement.

7. ARCO Rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent, by submitting a written request at our address: Av. Américas 1545, Pisos 20, 21 y 22, Colonia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, addressed to the controller Ricardo Zermeño Mejía. We will respond within the terms set by the LFPDPPP.

8. Retention & Security

Your data is retained while your account is active and for applicable legal periods. We apply encryption, HMAC-signed audit logs, role-based access control and failed-attempt lockouts.

9. Changes to this Notice

Any modification will be published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
